A man is to appear in court charged with the murder of 55-year-old
The 26-year-old is to appear in court this morning, as is a 21-year-old woman who has been charged with assisting offenders and perverting the course of Justice.
A PSNI spokesman said: "Both are due to appear at Newtownards Magistrates Court this morning, Friday, 12 July.
"As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS."
Mr McCormick was last seen alive on CCTV in Comber on May 30.
His body was found on Wednesday, July 10, in a lake in Ballygowan after three days of searching.
