Passengers using Dublin Airport have said they don't believe they'll see any reduction to ticket prices with a drop in charges for airlines.
It's been recommended by the Commission for Aviation Regulation to reduce airport charges by 22% which will be a €2 saving for each customer.
But less than 30% of passengers have said they think they will see a difference in ticket prices when booking flights.
The survey carried out by the Dublin Airport Authority also showed that 70% of passengers believe that there should be investment to improve the overall travelling experience.
According to the daa, this is an indication that airport charges should remain flat and not be reduced from 2020 to 2024.

Chief Executive Dalton Philips said: "Consumers have spoken; they want flat charges at Dublin Airport so that we can invest in new and improved facilities.
“The aviation regulator’s argument that a €2 reduction in airport charges is positive for consumers is simply not supported by the research.
“Passengers don’t believe that they will see that €2 in their pockets.
“The clear consumer preference is for flat charges and for more investment in facilities, which is exactly what we had planned.”
