Passenger injured after rock thrown through window of Dublin Bus in North Dublin suburb

A passenger has been injured after a rock was thrown through a window of a Dublin Bus in North Dublin.

The incident occurred near the Kilbarrack area of Dublin, with the window of the bus was smashed by the rock.

A spokesperson for Dublin Fire Brigade confirmed that the passenger was treated at the scene.

They said: "Paramedic/Firefighters from Kilbarrack station were called this evening after a rock was thrown through the window of a vehicle, one passenger injured and treated."

Gardai have been contacted for a statement.
