Boarding a plane can be a really nerve-wracking time because you simply just don't know what's going to await you once you're onboard. The majority of the time, your journey will go ahead without a hitch, but unfortunately, there are journeys when it seems like the whole world is out to get you - and it's usually when you're feeling tired and cranky already.
One man took to Reddit to rant about the horrific flight that he'd been on, explaining that he was travelling for a total of 20 hours and he struggles to sleep on flights anyway - but the situation was made worse by a couple of annoying passengers.

He wrote: "This is a rant. I am currently sitting in a plane, an Emirates a380-800 in an economy class seat. I have issues sleeping, I'm not technically diagnosed with insomnia since my doctor just draws it up to stress. I couldn't sleep last night again, and I'm travelling for a total of 20 hours across multiple flights today.
"I have never been able to sleep in planes, at all, no matter how tired I am, but this time when I got in the plane I had a plan, with how exhausted I already am and popping about 6mg of melatonin, I should be able to fall asleep (or so I thought).
"I'm two hours into my second flight, in a cramped seat, seated next to an armrest hog, with a crying child in the next row, the melatonin is making my eyes heavy and that's it.
"My legs are in pain (I'm 5'11", the guy in front has his seat reclined and my knees are hurting), I'm incredibly frustrated, and exhausted beyond reason. Yes, I know I should've prepped for this better or something, but truly I wouldn't wish this hell upon anyone."
In the comments, people felt really sorry for the man, with many sending words of encouragement to get him through the flight from hell.
One wrote: "Rant fully appreciated, my friend. Economy long-range is a beast even for people who are good sleepers. I used to fly lots and can't stand it anymore. Maybe look at it this way: That nice comfortable bed at your destination is going to be soooo nice. Hang in there."
Another said: "I hate flying. I sympathise."
