A mystery bus driver has become an internet hero after his no-bull response to an entitled passenger at Dublin Airport.
A twitter user has described the moment that the driver won everyone's affection as they pulled up at the airport on Saturday.
Writer David Monaghan told how the bus was almost full and was only able to pick up people who had pre-booked online.
It was it this point a disgruntled wannabe passenger tried to drop the status card, saying 'Do you know who I am' - and the driver gave a simple but effective response.
David wrote: "Bus stopped at Dublin airport to pick up passengers who booked online. Bus is full, which annoyed one man. "Do you know who I am?" he says. 'I don't give a shite,' says our bus driver."
People were in awe of the driver while David clarified he didn't see the persons face - so we'll never find out if he was a big deal or not.
One replied: "Had that pulled on me by a very long running Eastenders star when was in early 20's... To which my friend said 'yes, you're that knob off the telly'. The whole pub erupted with laughter and he still wasn't served...apparently he's not changed at all."
Another jokingly sympathised saying: "Maybe he had bumped his head and was just wondering who he was."
