Raising a glass of wine in front of a table strewn with empty bottles in damning photographs, Boris Johnson is nailed as a liar who deliberately misled Parliament.
He was already the first Prime Minister in history to be fined as a lawbreaker over another lockdown breach at a birthday party.
Now Tory MPs will become his accomplices if they fail to sack a scoundrel treating them and the country with grotesque contempt.
Johnson had specifically denied the pictured party – for departing communications chief Lee Cain – took place on November 13, 2020.
Labour’s Catherine West had asked in the Commons: “Can the Prime Minister tell the House whether there was a party in Downing Street on 13 November?” Johnson lied: “No, but I’m sure whatever happened the guidance... and the rules were followed at all times.”
There was a party and the rules do not appear to have been followed.
