Party-goer wakes up in the middle of his own spectacular performance after mates pull quality 'human puppet' prank on him

A sleepy party-goer who risked taking a snooze while out with his mates faced the full consequences after they stitched him up brilliantly/

Poor Tom, who was out with friends in The Curragh in Kildare, woke up to find he was a human puppet after his (possibly former) mates got creative with their night's entertainment.

The video shows Tom being tied at the legs and arms before the lads play 'You've got a friend in me' from Toy Story and get him to bust a few moves.

And with friends like that who needs enemies? Good pal Thomas told Dublin Live they wanted to 'turn him into Woody from Toy Story'.

The lads strapped some string to his legs and arms creating a human puppet (Thomas Rennick)

We don't recall the famous cowboy's hat being made out of an Orchard Thieves box but there's no denying the overall creativity involved in this production.

Rumour has it representatives from The Bord Gais Energy Theatre are already in negotiations to sign them up for a few shows.

Whether they still have a friend in Tom we don't know. But if he's seeking revenge and wants to send us the video when he gets it we'll happily run that too!
