MGW hails mentor

Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White has paid tribute to former team-mate Joao Moutinho after it was confirmed the Portuguese star would leave Wolves in the summer after five years at Molineux.

Gibbs-White, who shared the Wolves dressing room with the 36-year-old between 2018 and 2022 prior to his move to the City Ground last year, wrote on Instagram: "It was a pleasure to play and learn from you. I wish you all the best in the future. Magician!"

Moutinho has since reposted the message on his Instagram stories account, along with responses from fellow Wolves players Ruben Neves, Conor Coady, Pedro Neto, Nelson Semedo, Sasa Kalajdzic and John Ruddy.
