Purdon Street, Dumbarton Road, Gardner Street, Muirpark Street and White Street will have no waiting and no loading restrictions in place from June 10 until July 12..

These temporary restrictions are being put in place to allow for Scottish Power and C Spratt Multi Utility’s installation of a new mains cable.

As a result parking will also be restricted between Purdon Street and White street as work continues.

The Order will come into effect at 00:01 hours on Monday, June 10 and remain in operation until 23:59 hours on Friday, July 12.

According to local councillor Tony Curtis, C Spratt Multi Utility and Scottish Power will provide advance notification to all residents and businesses affected.
