Part of road cordoned off after car damaged in crash in West Bridgford

Police were called after a car was damaged in a crash in West Bridgford.

Nottinghamshire Police officers were called to the scene in Abbey Road, at the junction with Radcliffe Road, at 11.07am on Wednesday, June 23.

The car was parked up on the pavement after sustaining damaged to its front end.

Its driver rang police to let them know about the incident.

There are no reports of any serious injuries from the crash.

Officers have coned off one lane on the road to allow traffic to pass safely with one police car at the scene.

Recovery of the vehicle was in the process of taking place.
