Motorists are being warned to plan ahead as a section of the M32 will be closed overnight tonight.
The northbound carriageway of the motorway will be closed from junction 3 (Easton Way) and junction 1 (Hambrook) for emergency carriageway repairs.
The closure will be in place from 9pm tonight until 6am on Monday morning (August 19).
This will mean anyone who needs to head out of Bristol early tomorrow morning may need to find an alternative route.
During the closure a diversion will be in place via the A38 Gloucester Road and the A4174 Filton Road.
The northbound carriageway is due to reopen at 6am.
