Part of the A470 had to be closed following a crash in the Brecon Beacons .
Police and fire crews were called to an incident between Libanus and the RAC bends, on the junction of the shortcut that runs from the A470 to the A4215, at 2pm.
Drivers were urged to avoid the area and use the diversions that were put in place until the road reopened at 4.56pm.

A spokeswoman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called to the A470 near Libanus on Sunday, March 24 at 2pm.
"We attended a road traffic collision between a motorcycle and one car.
"No-one was trapped but there was one casualty with some injuries.
"Police and ambulance crews were also at the scene and we assisted with casualty handling and making the scene safe.
"At 2.24pm there was a report that the road was blocked and we left the scene at 2.45pm."
Dyfed-Powys Police was unable to provide any further details.
