This shouldn’t come as a surprise to those that know all about former Ohio State wide receiver Parris Campbell, but he turned in one of the fastest 40-time so far at the NFL Scouting Combine Saturday.
Officially, it is a 4.32 time that would have been good for the best last year, and is indeed the second fastest so far this year. Former Buckeye defensive back Denzel Ward turned in the same time in 2018.
