When you book a Parkdean holiday, the essentials are all taken care of. Gas, electricity and bed linen are included in the price, so there are no hidden costs to worry about.
Available activities and facilities
Most on-site entertainment and facilities are included in the price of your holiday. Here’s some of what you can enjoy for free:

Amendments and cancellations

If you didn’t add cancellation cover when booking, you can still cancel and get a refund if you're 70 days or more away from your arrival date. You’ll receive all of your money back, minus any non-refundable fees, such as your deposit and any admin charges.
It’s worth adding cancellation cover at the time of booking for peace of mind. The price depends on the total cost of your holiday, and the refund amount varies depending on when you cancel, as long as you have a ‘qualifying reason’:
- 70 to 29 days before your holiday – up to 100 per cent refund
- 28 to 1 days before arrival – up to 80 per cent refund
