Park Hyatt’s First Ever Brunch on Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve brunch at Park Hyatt Bangkok’s Embassy Room on Sunday, December 24, marks Park Hyatt’s first ever brunch event. As such, the hotel is celebrating in style, starting at 12.30 pm, with a live jazz band to accompany the festivities.

Savour premium winter seafood on ice, ranging from mussels and French oysters to king crab and peak-season Canadian lobster, as well as cheeses and cold cuts including pastrami, Parma ham, reblochon, fourme d’ambert, and for a bit of flair, truffled brie and truffled gouda. On the lighter side, fresh salads are also available, including prawn and green asparagus, tomato and mozzarella, potato and smoked salmon, and Caesar. And naturally, the brunch will include a full bounty of local tropical fruit, such as passionfruit, papaya, jackfruit, mango, and longan.

Live stations will feature Scottish salt crust salmon, Australian lamb rack, hand-carved roast ribeye, and most certainly, the timeless Christmas turkey, replete with chestnut stuffing. For sides, enjoy a broad variety of winter classics, such as quiche lorraine, potato gratin, roasted root vegetables, and pumpkin soup.

For dessert, sample classic treats like canele, stollen, and a gingerbread house, as well as Pastr Chef Kevin’s own recipe for buche de Noel, a traditional French chocolate Christmas cake. Or sample made-to-order crepes Suzette, and perhaps a scoop of your choice of ice cream.

To wash it all down, sparkling wine and bubbly cocktails will be available, along with beer, coffee, and tea.

Enjoy the festive brunch from 12.30 to 4pm, which is priced at Baht 4,500++ ea., with half off for children aged 6 to 12. Or, for a truly exceptional experience, indulge in free-flow Champagne, for an additional Baht1,000++ ea.
