Ramita and Arjun Babuta were close to making it to the medal rounds, positioned fifth with three shots remaining, but fell short by 1.0 point.

Babuta had a strong start in the second relay, posting scores of 10.5, 10.6, 10.5, and 10.9. Ramita managed scores of 10.2, 10.7, 10.3, and 10.1 in the second series, which brought the team into the top 8.

To progress to the bronze medal round, they needed higher scores than what they ultimately achieved.

Shooters from China, Korea, and Kazakhstan dominated the qualifications by finishing first, second, and third respectively.

A side has to get to the top four to enter the medal matches.
