British Prime Minister Boris Johnson threatens a complete lockdown in the UK if the British people don't follow social distancing guidelines within the next 24 hours.

Germans risk fines of up to 25,000 euros for breaking the social distancing rules, as Chancellor Angela Merkel is quarantined after coming into contact with a doctor who tested positive for the coronavirus.
