Elsewhere in the programme, we look at the crisis in France's oyster sector in Brittany where some 200 shellfish farmers have been banned from selling their products due to a contamination caused by untreated sewage.

We'll find out why the Indian government has allowed access to the disputed region of Kashmir to 15 foreign envoys who will meet with army, politicians, civil society groups and journalists. The region was stripped of it’s special status in August last year.
