Paris Hilton claims company once pitched her a sex doll that looked 'exactly like' her

Celebrities are known to have put their name on some quirky merchandise - think JLS condoms - but Paris Hilton's latest revelation is a shocker.

Speaking to American YouTuber Sean Evans on First We Feast, the 40-year-old told of the "really creepy" business idea she was once pitched - a Paris Hilton sex doll!

"This company wanted to make Paris Hilton sex dolls which were like - looked exactly like me," she told the host.

"And I was like, 'You know, this is the last thing I'm going to want to do.'

"That was definitely no. I can't even believe they came with me with that request - pretty scary."

The unusual suggestion was the standout idea for all the wrong reasons, but it was by no means the only strange pitch the socialite has received over the years.

She continued: "One, they asked me if I wanted to do my own line of Paris beans, which I was l like, 'I don't know, beans really don't go with my product line. Like I'm not into doing food'."

Describing the pitch, she told the streaming show's presenter how the business had mocked up the idea for the product to be packaged in a pink can.

As well as chuckling at the weird business ideas, Paris also spoke honestly about the bigger downsides of being in the public eye.

She revealed how people had rummaged through her bins and used false identities to get into her home.

"It was just very intrusive all the time," she said.

"One time I walked in my house - and my housekeeper at the time didn't know cause the guy said he was my friend - and he was just sitting in my kitchen, like waiting for me, which was really scary."

The interview came shortly after Paris had responded to Sarah Silverman 's apology regarding comments the comedian had made in 2007.

Paris explained how she was "shocked" and "pleasantly surprised" by the 50-year-old's words.

The Wreck-It Ralph star admitted that she regretted her remarks and issued an apology to Paris on her personal podcast.
