The couple, who went to see King Kong at the cinema for their first date, had first met the previous year at a wedding and then again on her 16th birthday.
Paris admitted as she shared the throwback snap on Instagram that she thought 6ft9 Tyson was 'about 25' when she first clapped eyes on him.
"Young love! Can you believe this was me and Tyson in our first few weeks of dating back in 2006. I was just 16 years old and Tyson 17," she wrote about the man who she went on to marry in 2009.
"We'd first met the year before at a wedding and then again on my 16th birthday.
"Although I couldn't believe he was only a year older than me (I thought he was about 25 when I first saw him!) I liked him from the very beginning - he was so different to other boys.
"I didn't say yes to dating straight away though, he ask me out alot of times before I agreed!
"It was a big deal he would be my first boyfriend.
"Our first date was to see King Kong at the cinema and later I found out he'd told his parents afterwards that he was going to marry me."
Reflecting on their first years of dating she said: "Our first years dating are some of my very favourite memories with Tyson, going ice skating and having picnics, it was really simple but fun and we always used to talk about our future together.

"Looking back at these old photos I never imagined it like this!
"From our first kiss through to six kids and more."
One fan said they were 'thrown' by Tyson having a full head of hair in the snap.
"Size of that 17 year old," exclaimed another.
"He looks well older then 17 you haven't change much in the face and you both are a lovely couple," said another fan.
"You both haven’t changed all!" another told Paris.
Paris will tell their love story in her book in Love and Fury coming out on October 28.
Earlier this month she was in Las Vegas to support the Manchester fighter as he closed the chapter on the Deontay Wilder trilogy bout.
Fury won a thrilling contest with an 11th round knockout toretain his WBC heavyweight title.
She said after returning home: "The last week has been a whirlwind but I’m so happy to back home in Morecambe with the kids, yes all six of them!"
Paris gave birth to the couple's daughter Athena in August.
The couple are also doting parents to daughters Venezuela, 12, and Valencia Amber, three, and sons Prince John James, eight, Prince Tyson II, four, and one-year-old Prince Adonis.
