The words of the French national anthem, La Marseillaise, will be displayed on giant screens at Wembley Stadium during England's friendly with France on Tuesday.
Both teams and all the supporters in the stadium will be encouraged to sing along in a show of unity to the 129 people who died and the 350 wounded in multiple gun and suicide bomb attacks throughout Paris on Friday night
The Football Association confirmed the England players will also pay an appropriate tribute.
Consultations are ongoing with the England squad, led by captain Wayne Rooney, as to what form the tribute will take.
More details will be confirmed on Monday as to what they will do.
The French Football Federation are expecting the whole of Didier Deschamps's squad to travel to London on Monday.
Mr Deschamps is due to speak at Wembley on Monday afternoon.
The Government and Metropolitan Police have assured the FA that there has been no specific threat to the match.
However, fans are being encouraged to arrive earlier than usual, with a far greater security presence around the stadium.
The Wembley arch will remain lit in the colours of the French flag, the tricolour, with the words of France's motto, liberty, equality, fraternity, displayed on the side of the stadium.
