Shoppers have been rushing to buy Nintendo Switch games at Argos after the retailer launched a number of price cuts.

The sale has brought the cost of some games for the device down to £7.49, with titles including RICO, 88 Heroes 98 Heroes Edition, Trailblazers and Lumo.

The cost of some of the most popular games, like Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, have also been slashed, with gamers able to pick it up at almost half price, for £10.99.

"Just ordered thank you," she said. "Also ordered Just Dance and got both for £20, I also got 2 games at £7.49 each at checkout paid £10 for both. 4 games for £30. Seems to be offers on."

The two for £20 offer applies to selected Switch games.

One shopper did remind the group that the offers are for download games only and not the physical cartridges, but they are still cheaper than elsewhere.

You don't have long to take advantage though as the offer finishes today, January 27. But you can order from the Argos website so you don't need to visit a store.
