Matalan shoppers have been telling friends about a new clothing item that’s perfect for anyone who’s just had a baby.
The retailer regularly keeps shoppers updated with what’s in store and online by posting on its Instagram page.
This month, Matalan shared a picture with its 782k Instagram followers by account @raising_c_and_h of a baby wearing one of Matalan’s childrenswear items.

Posting the image, Matalan said: “Baby’s first Christmas”.
The baby featured in the picture was wearing Matalan’s Unisex First Christmas Baby Grow, which is £7.50 and comes in sizes newborn to 12 months. It’s available online here.
The white sleepsuit is made from soft cotton and is embroidered with the words ‘My 1st Christmas’ surrounded by prints of candy canes, stars, a gingerbread man, a stocking and a robin.
The Instagram post racked up more than 1.7k likes and lots of people took to the comments section where they tagged friends to tell them about it.
