Sadly it turns out that turning your classroom into a Kanye West shrine does not go down too well with most parents.
Adrian Perez, who teaches primary school children in Mendoza, California, was forced to redecorate after receiving "bad emails and phone calls" regarding his Yeezy theme.
Perez created activity walls relating to the rapper's songs and lyrics, including "What Did I Learn All Day, All Day?" and "New Job Flow" (a pun on "New God Flow", geddit?).
His aim was to be a "positive influence" on his pupils and "the best teacher he could be" for them.
"I never want my students to be discouraged and push them to approach learning with confidence," he told Good Morning America.
"I was innovative while designing the classroom. I aspire to be the Kanye West of teaching. Kanye West is one of the most influential people in the world and is the best at what he does."
Perez tweeted that the response had made him "sad" but thanked others for their support.
Thank you @mzdeemac & @TeamKanyeDaily. Your support is greatly appreciated.

He also reminded critics of what Kanye himself once said: "We're not gonna control our kids with brands. We not gonna teach low self-esteem and hate to our kids. We gonna teach our kids that they can be something. We gonna teach our kids that they can stand up for theyself! We gonna teach our kids to believe in themselves!"
Kanye West's greatest self comparisons
One parent is reportedly planning to present a case for the Kanye theme to be re-instated, so perhaps Perez may yet come back "Stronger" than before.
