Parents claim this 85p Aldi foam will cure eczema

Eczema can be an extremely painful and debilitating condition for kids, affecting everything from their sleep to their moods.

It's also a condition with no silver bullet. There are limited prescriptions on the NHS that seem to work long-term.

That's why parents are constantly sharing advice and tips for treatments they found have helped.

And currently one of the most popular choices is a new a body wash and foam bath that mums claim have cured their kids' eczema - and it only cost 85p.

Lacura Kids Body Wash and Foam Bath costs less than a pound and fans have taken to Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to heap praise on the product.

Hundreds of people have claimed it works for clearing eczema and other skin conditions like psoriasis.

The Facebook post has more than 700 comments from shoppers who have tried and tested it, as well as others who are going to give it a go after reading the rave reviews, according to our sister paper Liverpool Echo.

On Aldi's website, the product description reads: "Dermatologically tested and clinically proven.

"Cleans without drying your child's delicate skin.

"Helps to improve the skin's protection barrier.

"Helps to restore and maintain the skin's natural PH. With an allergen free fragrance."

Website reviews of the product are similar to those seen on Facebook, with shoppers declaring it "better than Sanex".

One reviewer said: "Perfect for my children I find this is just right for sensitive (sic) skin forget sanex this is a fantastic dupe very similar (sic) to the leading brand but smells lovely moisturises the skin well & my youngest hasn't had red blotches since using this either her skin is really protected (sic)."
