Paradigm Talent Agency Announces New Hires And Promotions

Paradigm Talent Agency hires Kyle Jensen as literary content agent.

Paradigm Talent Agency has made significant moves in its talent representation division, with the hiring of Kyle Jensen as a literary content agent, Jamie Kaye-Phillips as a theatre literary content agent, and the promotion of Matthew Nutty to talent agent. Additionally, Napoli Management Group, a division of Paradigm Media Entertainment, has appointed Brian Neal as an agent.

Jensen brings a wealth of experience from his time at Verve, where he represented creators in film, television, and animation. He started his career at WME and also worked at Maker Studios, overseeing development and production in the digital realm.

Kaye-Phillips joins Paradigm from UTA, where he specialized in representing Broadway's established and emerging talents. His previous roles include vice president of theatrical productions at Weinstein Live Entertainment and co-producer at Jeffrey Finn Productions, where he worked on notable Broadway productions.

Nutty's promotion to talent agent comes after his tenure as talent coordinator. He has a background at Independent Artist Group and joined Paradigm in 2019, steadily climbing the ranks to his current position.

Neal, a seasoned professional with 23 years in the television news industry, will focus on representing on-air talent in national broadcast news. His experience includes roles as news director at WLEX and in news management at WXII and WGHP.

Commenting on the new additions, Napoli Management Group Partner Mendes J. Napoli expressed confidence in Neal's ability to navigate the broadcast news landscape effectively. The appointments of Jensen, Kaye-Phillips, and Neal are seen as valuable additions to the Paradigm Media Entertainment team.

With Jensen and Nutty based in Los Angeles and Kaye-Phillips in New York, Paradigm is strategically positioning its talent agents to serve clients across different markets. Managing partner Andrew Ruf highlighted the team's excitement about the new hires and the growth opportunities they bring to the agency.

The advancements within Paradigm's talent representation division underscore the agency's commitment to providing top-notch services to its clients. The blend of experience, industry knowledge, and fresh perspectives from the new hires is expected to enhance the agency's offerings and strengthen its position in the entertainment industry.
