Footage has emerged of someone jumping from a tower block before opening a parachute and gliding through the air.
Videos shared on social media show a person leap from near the top of the residential tower, believed to be located in Peckham, London.
One witness screams and another says “oh s**t” as the person falls around five floors before deploying the parachute.
“This is wild,” someone else says, as the parachutist descends before landing on their feet.
One clip was shared on Snapchat with the caption: “Wtfs going on onda block.”
When approached for comment, the person who posted the footage on social media told The Independent: “Suck your mudda.”
The stunt was compared to the Grand Theft Auto video game series after clips were shared on social media, in which players can jump off buildings with parachutes.
“The mandem have levelled up to parachuting from blocks. This is why GTA is rated 18+,” one person tweeted.
“Bro was jumping off the Eclipse Towers from GTA,” another added.
Over 758,000 people have viewed the video on Twitter, which was retweeted over 15,000 times.
The Independent has contacted the Metropolitan Police for comment.
Earlier this year, a woman survived falling nearly a mile to the ground after her parachute and emergency back-up failed to open.
Witnesses in Quebec, Canada, saw the woman fall nearly 5,000ft through the air before hitting a clump of trees, which broke her fall.
The woman suffered only fractured bones and broken vertebrae.
Last year a veteran skydiver fell to her death when her parachute failed to open in California.
