Paper returns to 'heartbeat of the city'

Here's a welcome development against the trend - the Nottingham Post is moving back into the centre of the city.

The paper, owned by Northcliffe Media, was relocated away from the centre of Nottingham in 1998. But next Monday its 200 staff will return to what publisher Steve Hollingsworth calls "the heartbeat of the city" by taking up residence in a building in Toll House Hill.

Hollingsworth said: "The new location will make us more accessible." The company is also planning to create a series of retail outlets in the city.
