Papenhuyzen floored in Storm NRL return

St George Illawarra centre Tyrell Fuimaono has been sent off after his late, high shot on Melbourne's Ryan Papenhuyzen left the star fullback prone on the turf early in their NRL Magic Round clash.

Papenhuyzen didn't move after Fuimaono's hit, his return from injury lasting just 12 minutes before he was carted off on the medi-cab at Suncorp Stadium on Sunday.

Papenhuyzen was conscious and able to move his arms as he was moved onto the medi-cab.

The send off was the second of the weekend following Josh Papalii's high shot on Saturday and comes as the NRL cracks down on dangerous tackles.
