Paolo Nutini has been on a social media blackout for more than six months, leading to concern from his most famous fan.
Fellow Scot Lewis Capaldi ignited a huge search effort last week a tweet about the MIA star drew attention to his lack of presence in the world of music.
Paolo, 33, has not released any new music since his 2014 album Caustic Love and hasn't posted to Instagam since last August.
The lack of output promoted Lewis to reach out to his famous pal on Twitter .
"Right enough's enough - where the f**k is paolo nutini?" he wrote.

After Lewis’ query was liked by nearly 100,000 people and re-tweeted over 10,000 times, Paolo began trending worldwide as fans began a desperate search for the star.
One Direction's Niall Horan also joined in the search, replying to Lewis' tweet: "I want answers".
Following the outcry for Paolo to be found, The Edinburgh Bookshop stepped into end the mystery by sharing a snap of the handsome star at book festival this week in his hometown Paisley.

Another fan posted a video of the singer/songwriter passing his well wishes on to The Greatest Dancer's Dancepoint, who are in the semifinals of the BBC One show.
Her tweet read: "Here he is!! Paolo Nutini wishing Dancepoint Glasgow luck. They are a group of talented young dancers from Glasgow who are in semifinals of BBC One @TheGreatestDancer. Please retweet to show support for only Scottish act!"
Twitter once again went wild after Veronica Byrne’s video response to Capaldi's tweet, with fellow fans thanking her and Lewis for bringing them the good news that the star is alive and well.
