Panthers second-round pick Terrace Marshall Jr. agrees to terms

The Carolina Panthers are getting their ducks in a row for the 2021 season. A couple days ago, first-round pick Jaycee Horn agreed to terms of his rookie contract. Today, it’s second-rounder Terrace Marshall Jr., formerly a wide receiver at LSU.

Marshall was extremely productive during his last two college seasons, posting 23 touchdowns and over 1,400 yards. His experience working with offensive coordinator Joe Brady should help him find his footing in the NFL faster than most rookies. Marshall is projected to be the No. 3 wide receiver on the depth chart behind D.J. Moore and Robby Anderson.

With Horn and Marshall locked in, there are now just two 2021 draft picks that remain unsigned: tight end Tommy Tremble and offensive lineman Brady Christensen.
