Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey debuts at No. 42 on NFL Top 100 list

Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey didn’t make NFL Network’s list of the top 100 players in the league after his rookie year. McCaffrey had such a breakout 2018 season that his peers had to take notice, though.

On Saturday night, NFL Network revealed that McCaffrey came in at No. 42 on this year’s list. Watch.

McCaffrey is the third Carolina player to make this year’s rankings.

Quarterback Cam Newton was No. 87 and defensive tackle Gerald McCoy ranked No. 75.
