Panthers projected to have $17 million in salary cap room heading into free agency

As usual, the Carolina Panthers don’t have much cap money to spend in free agency. Heading into the 2019 league year next week, the team is projected to have about $17 million in available space, according to Over the Cap. That’s obviously not much to work with and puts the Panthers on the lower end of the cap room spectrum. Only seven NFL teams have less.

Here’s a complete list of where each team stands right now as far as total salary cap room heading into free agency.

Colts: $102 million

Jets: $93.1 million

Browns: $79.7 million

Bills: $75.9 million

Texans: $74 million

49ers: $66.7 million

Raiders: $64.3 million

Bengals: $49.5 million

Cardinals: $43.7 million

Titans: $43.4 million

Lions: $40.5 million

Broncos: $37.1 million

Rams: $36.1 million

Packers: $35.9 million
