The Carolina Panthers (4-10) have two more games to play before the 2020 season mercifully comes to an end. Next up, they’ll go on the road to face Ron Rivera and the rebranded Washington Football Team. As expected, according to the early odds at BetMGM, Carolina is considered a two-point underdog for this Week 16 matchup.
Washington comes into this week with a 6-8 record after they lost at home to the Seattle Seahawks. However, the team has been playing much better since early in the season. Before Seattle, they won their previous four games.
As for the Panthers, they’re going in the other direction. Carolina has lost eight of their last nine and their only win came against a hopeless Detroit Lions team that couldn’t muster a single point.
