While the Panthers can’t match Kansas City’s overall talent, this is one area they compare well in.
According to Daniel Jeremiah at NFL.com, Carolina’s offensive skill position players in 11 personnel are among the five fastest in the league right now based on 40-yard dash times.

WR D.J. Moore: 4.42 seconds
WR Curtis Samuel: 4.31 seconds
WR Robby Anderson: 4.36 seconds
TE Ian Thomas: 4.74 seconds
