Another Panthers player has been named to this year’s NFL Network Top 100 list. Middle linebacker Luke Kuechly came in at No. 24 in the rankings. It’s a short drop for Kuechly, who was ranked No. 12 last year by his peers. His career best ranking was No. 6 back in 2016 after helping lead his team to the Super Bowl.
Other Carolina players on the 2019 list so far have included quarterback Cam Newton (No. 87), defensive tackle Gerald McCoy (No. 75) and running back Christian McCaffrey (No. 42).
We haven’t seen DT Kawann Short’s name yet, so he’ll either have a top-23 ranking or get totally snubbed.
