The Panthers are already a little bit short-handed at wide receiver with Chris Hogan on the injured reserve list. They may be down another man in Sunday’s game against the Titans.
Wide receiver Curtis Samuel did not participate in Wednesday or Friday’s practices and is listed as questionable with a shoulder injury. Samuel did practice on Thursday, though. He has posted 27 catches, 343 yards and scored two touchdowns this season.
Two other players are also listed as questionable, which may affect Carolina’s pass rush.
Veteran outside linebacker Mario Addison is dealing with a death in the family and has not practiced this week. Coach Ron Rivera told reporters today they want to give him as much time as he needs. Addison leads the team with 6.5 sacks this season. Also, rookie outside linebacker Christian Miller was limited in practice all week with a knee injury.
Cam Newton and Greg Little are the only two players who have been ruled out.
