Enough of the doom and gloom. There were a couple Carolina Panthers players whose performance yesterday is worth celebrating.
On defense, Bruce Irvin came through with two sacks and a safety. Offensively, Christian McCaffrey had another strong outing despite facing what looks like an all-time great defense. Here are McCaffrey’s best plays against the 49ers.
McCaffrey finished the game with 117 rushing yards and a touchdown on just 14 carries. He added another 46 yards on four catches.
