The Panthers had a lot of options for their No. 16 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. In the end, the board fell their way and they landed a potential monster of a pass rusher in Florida State’s Brian Burns.

A good prospect on the edge.
But am not sold on him..however the size..speed and talent is there.
Many Scouts think he's better than Josh Allen.
Am not among them.
Panthers grade C-
