It has been claimed that Liverpool have made contact with Spurs over the goalkeeper after seeing stand-in stopper Adrian concede seven goals against Aston Villa on Sunday evening.
However, as reported by the Liverpool Echo , the Reds are not likely to be taking the goalkeeper to Anfield today.
And that is something that won’t go down well with Liverpool fans on social media, who were keen on the move to happen.
It is thought that a shoulder injury could keep Liverpool first-choice goalkeeper out of action for around six weeks.
Gazzaniga played a total of 18 Premier League games for Tottenham last season after Lloris dislocated his elbow.
However, Hart’s arrival at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium could mean that the goalkeeper moves on in search for more regular game time elsewhere.
