Fake coronavirus newsletters posted through doors in L8 have prompted fury, as it claims the pandemic was a "charade".
A pamphlet from 'The Light', which claims to be a "people funded paper" has been posted through letter boxes recently and has made unfounded claims about Covid-19.
With a headline "What pandemic?" the newsletter claimed the global pandemic was an "elaborate marketing scheme".
Despite Liverpool facing heartache and suffering great loss because of the virus, the newsletter claimed a so-called "death spike" had not increased.
It also referred to life-saving vaccines as "genetic therapy injections".
A health worker, who asked to remain anonymous, said she was "astounded and disgusted" the propaganda had been circulating in L8.
She told the ECHO: "I've seen the effect of this disease first-hand and it destroys lives.
"Considering that this rag also says 'Met Police became agents of Covid dictatorship' just goes to show what a conspiracy rag it is.
She added: "This misinformation is almost criminal, if it makes one person decide not to vaccinate against a disease that ruthlessly kills and disables."
It is not clear if the newsletter has been posted in other parts of Liverpool.
