One of the best Stanley Cup Finals subplots was the Jim vs. Pam — sorry, that’s John Krasinski vs. Jenna Fischer, of The Office fame — rivalry. Fischer is a St. Louis Blues fan and Krasinski is a Boston Bruins die-hard.
It all started with a few tweets back and forth at the beginning of the series. Before Game 6 of the Finals, it escalated. And then things got dirty when Krasinski brought actor David Denman — who played Pam’s ex-fiance Roy on The Office — to Game 7 just to troll Fischer.
Obviously, we know who emerged victorious on Wednesday night, and Fischer made sure to stick it to Kransinski with a, er, glorious Instagram video:
No word from Krasinski as of Thursday morning, but fellow Office alum Steve Carrell — who also rooted for the Bruins, sent this tweet:
