Paloma Faith has shared her deepest sexual desires and surprising past sexual exploits in a very candid interview about romance.
The 38-year-old chart-topping star has been in a relationship with French artist Leyman Lahcine, 33, since 2013.
Together, the couple welcomed a baby in December 2016 – with singer Paloma only this week revealing her child is a girl after vowing to raise her offspring in a gender neutral environment.
Despite being loved up with her lover, the kooky singer has revealed she would love to try having a polyamorous relationship where she could take additional lovers.
Speaking to Sarah Barron via Instagram Live, Paloma said: “I’ve never tried but I’ve always fantasised about it and I think that if I could have an open relationship where only I was allowed, it would be perfect.”
With the topic of sex and sexuality in mind, the star went on to detail a past sexual encounter which occurred in public in Spain.
She revealed: “I was 22. It wasn’t full-on but it was . . . well, basically I was naked in the street doing this in Spain.
“It was like full-on foreplay but I was definitely naked in the street in Spain and I remember this moment when this old lady walked past on a zimmer frame. I thought it was quite hot.”
Paloma recently opened up about her hopes of becoming a mother for a second time.
The star has had her efforts to become a mother again hampered by the coronavirus pandemic as her IVF treatments were interrupted.
Expressing fears her chances could have been affected by the health outbreak, she said in May: “I feel like, with this whole Covid thing, a lot of us that have done IVF, me included, probably aren't ... It's not looking great for another one right now.”
While in a Q&A with fans last month, the star expressed regret at not beginning her path to motherhood earlier.
Asked what age she would want to go back to, she said: “Twenty eight, and I’d have a baby because I think that’s the perfect age to have a child.
“I think I left it too late. I just think 28 is perfect because you’ve had enough of your twenties, you’re not past it.
“Once you’ve had it and your recovery time is like a year, you’re still in your twenties and you can start rocking out and going at it career-wise at 29.”
