Palnackie got into the festive spirit recently with a traditional Christmas Fair.
The event in the village hall was organised to raise funds for newly-formed charity Buittle Quest which will help support projects in the Buittle parish.
Despite the poor weather and a number of other events being on, there was fantastic support from the local community who were able to enjoy a wide variety of stalls, including home baking, tombola and crafts.
Around £170 was raised for the new charity.
