There was a festive feeling at Palnackie Primary School recently as parents were taught how to make their own Christmas wreaths.
Selina Ross from Shawhead, whose grandchildren attend the school, showed the ladies the ropes and they were delighted with the outcome.
They took their work home with them and other wreaths were sold in aid of school funds.
