Palisades Fire Destroys Community Library, Over 1,000 Structures Lost

More than 1,000 structures have been destroyed by the Palisades Fire, including the community's public library. The Palisades Branch Library, which first opened its doors to the public in 1963, has been reported as a total loss by the Los Angeles Public Library spokesperson, Lauren Skinner.
