Palestinian mobile firms offer 3G after Israeli ban ends

Palestinians in the occupied West Bank have finally gained access to 3G mobile phone services, after Israel lifted a ban on the technology.

But the infrastructure upgrade wasn't permitted in Gaza, where users are stuck with slower networks.
