Palestine declares state of emergency over coronavirus

The Palestinian Authority has declared a state of emergency in the occupied West Bank over the coronavirus epidemic after seven people tested positive.

The Israeli army has sealed off the city of Bethlehem and Palestinian officials have ordered the Church of the Nativity to close.
