Palace 'categorically denies' plastic surgeon's remarks about Kate Middleton's post-baby face

Rumours that the Duchess of Cambridge had 'baby Botox' after welcoming Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have been strongly denied.

Kensington Palace sources denied claims made by a plastic surgeon on social media that the mum-of-three had the procedure after giving birth.

Dr Munir Somji, who runs the Dr Medi Spa Clinic in London, posted two photos of the Royal on Instagram with the caption: "Our Kate loves a bit of baby Botox.

"Note the reduction of fine lines on the forehead, but also note the depression of the medial (middle part) brow but elevation of the lateral tail of the brow."

The post, which has since been deleted, attracted several comments from royal fans who labelled the claims as "mean".

The New York Post claimed that a spokesperson for the Palace said Dr Somji's post is "categorically not true".

They also said that "the Royal Family never endorse commercial activity".

However the Palace declined to commented when contacted by Mirror Online.

Speaking to the newspaper, a spokesperson for Dr Medi Spa refused to say whether Kate was a client, saying they have non-disclosures with all their customers.

Speaking about the Instagram post, she said: "He thought it was a good comparison picture to use to show the effects of Botox and obviously baby Botox which he does himself.

"He just wanted to show the transformation that it can create and obviously how it can be used for subtle results and how it’s really good for anti-aging."

Mirror Online has contacted Dr Medi Spa for comment.
