Pakistani reporter slaps a boy for allegedly bullying her; video goes viral

In a viral video, a Pakistani female journalist slaps a teenage boy standing next to her, as she gives her piece of mind to the camera on July 9, in Lahore. The journalist was reporting on the occasion of Eid-Al-Adha when she slapped the boy on camera.

The video clip didn't show what incited such action by her, but reports suggest that the boy was allegedly bullying one of the families in the area. The video has over 4 lakh views on Twitter, where most people are trying to figure out the "Why?" One of the users said, “Salute the woman, she should have done her job.” On the other hand, someone raised the question if it is right to slap someone when they come in front of your camera suddenly?

Such videos always spark a debate on social media and the issue takes a new shape without addressing the real issue. For this video, people are sharing it without even knowing the background or what actually happened.

Many people surrounded the journalist while she was live on camera. It seems like as soon as she was done reporting, she slapped a boy standing in front of her, as the camera person tried to shut it down. The video spread like wildfire all over the internet, and people are questioning this action of hers. Some are sure that the boy must have been bullying her or someone else, while some say it was unfair. The real question trying to be disclosed is- who is the reporter and what indecent action the boy did, which incited such behaviour?
